Damage & Defects Policy

If a mower arrives damaged, note it with the carrier where possible, photograph the packaging and the machine, and contact us within 48 hours.

Email support@jdsaunas.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange inspection, repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Your statutory rights for goods that are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality remain unaffected.
